PROGRESS OF TOWNSHIP COAL-TO-GAS

CONVERSION PROJECTS IN HENAN

This announcement is made by China Tian Lun Gas Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group'') on a voluntary basis.

The Company is pleased to announce that as at the date of this announcement, the township coal-to-gas conversion projects in Henan have involved 936 villages, with constructions completed in approximately 289,000 households. It is believed that with the Company's long-term capital support and the advantages of the partners, strong gas source supply and substantial support from national policies, the township coal-to-gas conversion projects in Henan will continue to be implemented rapidly, thereby further expanding the operating region and market share of the Company in Henan Province.
