Third Age Health Services Limited (NZSE:TAH) agreed to acquire Ponsonby Medical Centre from Paula Weadon and Dion Martley on February 24, 2022. Paula Weadon and Dion Martley will remain part of the clinical team, along with nursing and administrative staff, and together they will continue to provide quality medical care to the approximately 4,000 patients enrolled in the practice. The acquisition is expected to be settled March 31, 2022.
