Western Union and Du Xioman Financial announced an agreement that would allow consumers to send international money transfers via mobile app that would go directly into recipient bank accounts at a majority of banks in China.

The account payout would be directed through the Du Xioman Financial mobile app, which has about 150 million users. The funds would be directed for real-time payout directly into the recipient's bank account.

"Western Union's quest to build the world's best money moving and payments network is made possible with unique collaborations such as the integration with Du Xioman Financial's app and its network of banking partners," Jean Claude Farah, president, Western Union Global Network, said in a company release.

Registered users of the Du Xioman Financial mobile app need to enter their preferred bank account details into the mobile app in order to receive the funds and can get a maximum of $7,000 per transaction.
