On November 15, 2023, The Western Union Company determined that Jean Claude Farah will cease serving as President, Middle East and Asia Pacific, effective as of December 1, 2023. Mr. Farah is expected to remain with the Company as a non-executive employee through February 29, 2024 to assist with the transition.
