The Seibels Bruce Group Inc. announced the appointment of John F. Seibert as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Seibert will succeed Mr. Michael A. Culbertson, who announced his retirement in October of 2012. Mr. Seibert has over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry, serving in both executive and entrepreneurial roles.

Most recently, he was Chairman and CEO of NetComp Insurance Company.
