The Gunma Bank, Ltd. Revises Consolidated and Non-Consolidated Earnings Guidance for the Year Ending March 31, 2023

The Gunma Bank, Ltd. revised consolidated and non-consolidated earnings guidance for the year ending March 31, 2023. For the year ending March 31, 2023, on consolidated basis, the company expects ordinary profit of JPY 37,500 million compared to previous guidance of JPY 39,000 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 27,000 million or JPY 65.72 per basic share compared to previous guidance of JPY 27,000 million.
For the year ending March 31, 2023, on non-consolidated basis, the company expects ordinary profit of JPY 33,000 million compared to previous guidance of JPY 34,500 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 23,500 million or JPY 57.20 per basic share compared to previous guidance of JPY 23,500 million.
