Item 8.01. Other Events.

On October 5, 2020 (the "Redemption Date"), The Coca-Cola Company (the "Company") redeemed all of the outstanding (i) $665,270,000 aggregate principal amount of the Company's 1.550% notes due 2021 (the "2021 Notes") and (ii) $315,732,000 aggregate principal amount of the Company's 2.200% notes due 2022 (the "2022 Notes" and, together with the 2021 Notes, the "Notes"), under the Amended and Restated Indenture, dated as of April 26, 1988, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of February 24, 1992, and the Second Supplemental Indenture, dated as of November 1, 2007 (as so amended, the "Indenture"), between the Company and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as trustee.

The Notes were redeemed at a redemption price of 100% of the principal amount of the applicable Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the Redemption Date plus the applicable "make-whole" premium.
