THC Farmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCPK:CBDG) and Rubin's Dental Anxiety Pills entered into a binding agreement to acquire an unknown majority stake in GK Manufacturing and Packaging, Inc. from Cannabis Sativa, Inc. (OTCPK:CBDS) on May 4, 2021. Consideration for the sale of the majority interests will consist of 1,500,000 shares of CBDG preferred stock and 1,500,000 shares of CBDG common stock. The Acquisition includes multiple brands such as the well-established Ganja Juice brand and Murray & Rocco's CBD infused pet line.
