RE : Notification of the dividend payment and book closing date of Thailand Hospitality Property Fund (TLHPF)

One Asset Management Limited, the Management Company of Thailand Hospitality Property Fund (TLHPF), would like to inform the SET of the dividend payment and book closing date of the fund as follows:

1. That the Fund dividend payment from adjusted net profit for the operation period from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022 and retained earnings is THB 0.10 per unit and the payment date will be on 15 September 2022;
2. That the book closing date to determine the right of unit holders who are entitled to receive dividend will be on 31 August 2022
