One Asset Management Limited ("ONEAM") in the capacity as the Management Company
of Thailand Hospitality Property Fund ("TLHPF") would like to inform that for
the convenience of unitholders to be able to consider information regarding the
2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders promptly, ONEAM has posted the
invitation letter of 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders and 2021 annual
report with attached documents on the company's website www.one-asset.com on 30
March 2022.
The 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders will be held on Tuesday 26 April
2022, at 2 p.m. by mean of electronic meeting (E-AGM) only, without additional
arrangement for place/meeting venue for unitholders.

Thailand Hospitality Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based close-ended property fund. The Fund has the objective to mobilize fund from sale of investment units to purchase and/or lease property and procure benefit from such property. The Fund seeks to pay dividends to the unitholders not less than 90%of the net income after adjustment for the accounting period. The Company has investments in land, property and buildings of Phi Phi Holiday Inn Resort, which is located at 54 Moo 8, Ao Nang Sub-district, Muang Karbi District, Krabi Province. The Fund is managed by One Asset Management Limited.
