Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Saranya Chindavanig from the Independent Director, the Audit Committee Member, and the Corporate Governance Committee Effective from January 19, 2016

Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited announced that Mrs. Saranya Chindavanig has resigned from the Independent Director, the Audit Committee Member, and the Corporate Governance Committee Member due to her other business engagements which cause her unable to in charge in such position. The resignation shall be effective from January 19, 2016 onwards.
