Thai Rubber Latex Group Public Company Limited Approves Change in Title of Wongsakul Kittipromwong in the Board of Directors from Director to Independent Director

The board of directors of Thai Rubber Latex Group Public Company Limited at its meeting held on February 22, 2024, Acknowledged that the total number of TRUBB independent directors is increased. The title of Mr. Wongsakul Kittipromwong in the Board of Directors is changed from a "Director" to be an "Independent Director" effective from February 22, 2024 onwards.
