Thai Oil Public Company Limited, "the Company", would like to inform that the Board of Director's meeting No.4/2015 on April 24, 2015 has resolved as follows:
1) Appoint additional Board-Committee Members as follows :

1.	Mr. Chulasingh Vasantasingh	Member of the Audit Committee
2.	Ms. Chularat Suteethorn	Member of the Audit Committee
3.	Mr. Thosaporn Sirisumphand	Member of the Nomination and Remuneration
Committee and Member of the Corporate Governance
Committee

The aforesaid appointment is effective from April 24, 2015 onwards. The Company would like to summarize the list of the Board of Directors and the Board-Committees as of April 24, 2015 as follows :
