Consortium of buyers agreed to acquire 5% stake in The Klinique Medical Clinic Public Company Limited from Ekachai Medical Care Public Company Limited for THB 430 million.

Consortium of buyers agreed to acquire 5% stake in The Klinique Medical Clinic Public Company Limited (SET:KLINIQ) from Ekachai Medical Care Public Company Limited (SET:EKH) for THB 430 million on May 24, 2024. The consortium of buyers include Paiboon Sareewiwatthana, Sathaporn Ngamruangphong, Phong Charoenjitpaisarn, Amnuayphon Rianthonglert, Aunruen Sujarittham, Phinpisit Tangthamrongroj, Pitchasinee Sareewiwatthana, Thanapon Kongwattananon, and Pisarn Kongwattananon. The consideration will be paid at THB 39 per share.

The deal has been approved by board of directors of Ekachai Medical Care Public Company Limited. The proceeds will be used as working capital of the company and to support the expansion of other projects in the future.
