Company Thai Industrial Fund 1

Thai Industrial Fund 1 is a closed-end property fund set up for specific purpose. The objective of the Fund is to seek funds from investors, mostly to invest in property or properly lease rights and generate benefit from such property. The Fund is managed by One Asset Management Limited. Citibank, N.A. Bangkok Branch serves as its trustee. Its major unit holder is Government Savings Bank. The Fund invests in plots of land and standard factory buildings in Industrial Estate, Industrial Park and Industrial Promotion Zone in Phra Nakorn Sri Ayuthaya, Pathumthani, Chonburi and Chaceongsao provinces, Thailand.
