Charles "Chip" Groat Joins Texas Rare Earth Resources Corp.'s Advisory Board

Texas Rare Earth Resources Corp. announced that Charles "Chip" Groat, has joined the company's newly formed Advisory Board. Charles "Chip" Groat, Ph.D., is currently the President and CEO of The Water Institute of the Gulf.

Prior to The Water Institute of the Gulf, Dr. Groat served as Director of the Center for International Energy and Environmental Policy and Associate Director of the Energy Institute at the University of Texas, where he held the John A. and Katherine G. Jackson Chair in Energy and Mineral Resources at the Jackson School of Geosciences.
