government's CoVid 19 pandemic prevention control,
proceed with closed down as of non-essential operation.
The company will follow the local government's instructions
to complete city wide full PCR tests. The resumption of operation will be
followed in accordance with local government notice.

TRI Electronics Trading (Shanghai) Limited will follow instruction from the
local government to work from home and will continue to pay attention to
the local epidemic situation and take necessary measures to ensure the
safety and health of the employees.
