Unusual Trading Activity in the Securities of TESS AGRO PLC (TESS.N0000 & TESS.X0000)
We refer to your letter dated 4th January 2022 under the above heading, and write to inform you that there has been no price sensitive information relating to our Company that has not been disclosed to the Public apart from what has been already announced via the CSE website to cause the unusual trading activity of our securities. .
The unusual interest in the securities of our Firm may have been caused probably due to the shareholders approval for the private placement of shares which was approved on the 29th Dec 2021 and was announced on the same day to the Colombo Stock Exchange.
We further state that There has been no unusual activity or event that has taken place with regard to the operations of the company, to cause any unusual price movement in our securities.
