On April 29, 2024, Tulipshare Securities Limited announced that it has presented a shareholder proposal, to Tesla, Inc requesting that the Board Compensation Committee adopt targets and publicly report quantitative metrics appropriate to assessing the feasibility of integrating sustainability metrics, including metrics regarding diversity among senior executives, into performance measures or vesting conditions that may apply to senior executives under the Company?s compensation plans or arrangements. In addition, the Company recommended the shareholders to vote against the proposal at the annual meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on June 13, 2024.
