Terrace Energy Corp. announced the addition of William D. (‘Bill') McMoran as Vice President, Exploration and Daniel S. J. (‘Dan') Morris as Vice President, Geoscience to the company's senior management team effective immediately. Both Dan and Bill have been integral to the growth and success of the company since it began operations in 2011, serving as independent consultants to the company.

In this capacity, they played a critical role in the acquisition and development of Terrace's key oil and gas assets. As Exploration Manager of Pelto Oil Company, McMoran was responsible for the discovery and development of 120 billion cubic feet of gas (equivalent). He was also the Exploration Manager of Whittier Energy from its start-up to its merger with Atinum Energy in 2009.

During his career, McMoran has been involved in the discovery of over 200 million barrels of oil (equivalent). Morris possesses an in-depth understanding of oil and gas prospect development, asset acquisitions and the strategic use of technology. He has significant domestic exploration experience in Texas and Louisiana and international experience in China, Nigeria, Argentina, Indonesia, Malaysia, Egypt and England.

Mr. Morris also has extensive technical knowledge of seismic data acquisition, data processing, and interpretation.
