Zunyi Economic and Technological Development Zone Construction and Investment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 20% stake in Zunyi City Hi-tech Industry Park Co., Ltd. from Tellhow Sci-Tech Co. Ltd (SHSE:600590) for CNY 40 million on January 12, 2016. In a related deal, a Jiangxi-based ceramics company agreed to acquire Jiangxi Tellhow Special Motor Co., Ltd. from Tellhow Sci-Tech. The transaction is approved by Board of Directors of Tellhow Sci-Tech on January 12, 2016.
