WEEKLY PRESS RELEASE ON TREASURY SHARES BUYBACK PLAN

Cernusco Lombardone (LC), August 11, 2023 - Technoprobe S.p.A., a leading company in the design and production of probe cards (the "Company" or "Technoprobe") listed on Euronext Milan, declares the purchase on the Euronext Milan market, according to the Shareholders' Meeting on June 22, 2023 approval, (already announced pursuant to article 132 of "Testo Unico della Finanza" and article 144 - bis, paragraph 1, letter b, of Consob Regulation no. 11971 of May, 1999), throughout August 7, 2023, to August 10, 2023, of n. 119,742 ordinary shares (equal to 0.0199% of the share capital), at a weighted average price of Euro 7.9607, at the countervalue of Euro 953,236.11.

Purchases were made through the intermediary Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A.
