TCI Express Limited declared payment of second Interim Dividend @75% (that is INR 1.50 per share of face value of INR 2/- each) to the Shareholders whose name appear on the Register of Member on the record date that is
February 04,2020, which has been decided in due consultation with the Stock Exchanges. The payment of dividend/dispatch of warrants will be completed within 30 days of declaration of second Interim Dividend that is on or before February 25, 2020.
