Tokyo Broadcasting System Holdings, Inc. reported consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended September 30, 2019. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 176,880 million against JPY 178,103 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 6,804 million against JPY 7,831 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 6,737 million or JPY 38.65 per basic share against JPY 8,473 million or JPY 48.51 per basic share a year ago.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, the company expects net sales of JPY 360,100 million, operating income of JPY 11,700 million and profit attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 14,300 or JPY 82.06 per share.
