Tata Steel Public Company Limited Announces Appointment of Hatasakdi Na Pombejra as Independent Director and Member of the Audit Committee

The Board of Directors Meeting of Tata Steel (Thailand) Public Company Limited held on March 28, 2013, passed a resolution appointing Mr. Hatasakdi Na Pombejra as an independent director and member of the audit committee as proposed by the Corporate Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee Meeting No. 2 (2/2012-2013), held on March 7, 2013, Effective from March 28, 2013.
