Kensington Energy Pty Ltd completed the acquisition of 20% participating interest in WA-72-R and 15% participating interest in WA-25-L from Tap Oil Limited.

Kensington Energy Pty Ltd agreed to acquire 20% participating interest in WA-72-R and 15% participating interest in WA-25-L from Tap Oil Limited (ASX:TAP) on September 9, 2019. As per the agreement, purchase price post Effective Date adjustments being negative $3.21 million. Transaction is not subject to any conditions precedent and no government approvals are required. Transaction is expected to be completed in next few days.
