Tama Home Co., Ltd. provided earnings guidance for the Fiscal Year Ending May 31, 2021. For the period, the company expects net sales to be of JPY 210,000 Million. Operating profit expected to be of JPY 9,000 Million. Profit attributable to owners of parent expected to be of JPY 5,200 Million. Basic earnings per share expected to be of JPY 176.54.

The Residential business segment is engaged in the contract construction and renovation of detached house and apartment house. The Real Estate business segment is engaged in development of detached house, development and sales of condominiums, sublease of rental building, as well as real estate brokerage. The Financial business segment is engaged in insurance agency business of fire insurance and life insurance and bridge loan for home purchaser. The Energy business segment is engaged in the operation and management of mega solar power generation facilities.
