Takeda Printing Co.,Ltd. (NSE:7875) signed a basic agreement to acquire Tokyo Process Service Co.,Ltd. from Renaissance Six Fund of Renaissance Capital Co., Ltd. on August 10, 2016. A share transfer contract is expected to be signed in mid-November 2016. Toru Fukuura will be the Representative Director and Chairman, Minoru Ota will be the Representative Director and President, Shoji Yoshino will be the Director, Nobuyuki Naito will be the Auditor and Takahiro Kawai and Makoto Ikawa will be the Director (part-time). Takeda Printing will acquire 0.09 million shares of Tokyo Process Service. Tokyo Process Service reported net assets of ¥966 million, total assets of ¥2.37 billion, sales of ¥2 billion, operating profit of ¥112 million and net income of ¥742 million during the period ended August 2015. The deal was resolved by the Board of Directors of Takeda Printing on August 10, 2016. The deal is expected to close by the end of November 2016. As of November 17, 2016, Tokyo Process Service Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with Takeda Printing Co.,Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on November 29, 2016.
