Takasho Co.,Ltd. announced that Board of Directors resolved to establish a subsidiary at a meeting held (July 13, 2022). The groups are developing the business domestically and internationally for plans, manufacturing, and sales of gardening and exterior products. As DX has been proceeded in various scenes, the company are developing VR, AR, MR, and XR applications that fuse the real world and the virtual world in B to B business. In addition, company are producing 4K videos including time axis seasons and entertainment with 4D technology. For commercializing it above, the subsidiary will be established. Furthermore, the Group will enhance synergy effects by integrating real and virtual services, and promote sales by establishing a subscription-based structure that allows businesses to receive a variety of services. In the future, the company plan to expand virtual space proposals beyond the garden and
