2.Clauses of Operating Procedures referenced and reason for disposition
announcement by Taiwan Stock Exchange:Taiwan Land Development Corporation
 (code:2841) had been found in fulfillment of provisions under Article 49,
 Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3and 9,and Article 49-2, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph
 3 of the Operating Rules of the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation and
 trading of its securities had previously been under an altered trading
 method and subjected to the periodic call auction trading method.
 Now the TWSE has announced that, with effect from January 21, 2022, the
 securities will remain be placed under an altered trading method, but no
 longer subject to the periodic call auction trading method.
