unit price, and total transaction price:
Transaction area:1,002 ping
Unit price: monthly payment NT$2,400/ping for the first year.
Total transaction price: total amount for five years lease period is about
 NT$145,126,298(tax included), including the first year and revised every
 year based on CPI-Residential Rent from second year.(An estimated 2%
 increased annually)
