Message from President on A ti-Bribery Policy

Compliance is the fundame tal concept of Taih iyo Cement Group's business. In our Business Principle developed based upon such con ept, we pl dged that, "we will act in an ethical anner and abide by laws and regulations" and published the Basic Policy on Corporate Governance in March 2005.

Further ore, we established he Anti-Bribery Basic Principl (Policy) in order to enhance anti-corruption measures i the light of recent global trend of tightening of bribery regulation.

We pledge again that we will take thorough anti-b ibery measure through publishing this Anti-Bri ery Basic Principle (Policy).
