Tai-Saw Technology Co.,Ltd. (GTSM:3221) announced a private placement of 15,000,000 common shares at a price of TWD 10 per share for gross proceeds of TWD 150,000,000 on March 18, 2021. The issue price shall be no less than 85% of the reference subscription price. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The transaction still needs to be approved by the shareholders of the company at the shareholders meeting of the company. 10% to 15% of the total shares to be issued as part of the transaction will be subscribed by employees.
TAI-SAW TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and sales of wired and radio communication components and system equipment. The Company's main products include frequency components and others. The Company is also involved in the research, development, manufacture and sales of computer hardware and peripheral equipment components, as well as the manufacture and packaging of integrated circuits. The Company's products are mainly used in mobile phones, data communications, wireless remote controls, game consoles, anti-theft devices, wireless local area networks, global positioning systems (GPSs), medical passport systems and digital broadcasting. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
