JTEKT Corporation completed the acquisition of the remaining 4.99% stake in Fuji Kiko Co., Ltd..

JTEKT Corporation (TSE:6473) made an offer to acquire remaining 4.99% stake in Fuji Kiko Co., Ltd. (TSE:7260) for ¥1.96 billion on December 22, 2017. As per the transaction, JTEKT Corporation made an offer to acquire remaining shares at ¥740 per share. It is expected that Fuji Kiko Co., Ltd. will delist from Tokyo Stock Exchange on January 23, 2018. The transaction is expected to complete on January 26, 2018.
JTEKT Corporation (TSE:6473) completed the acquisition of the remaining 4.99% stake in Fuji Kiko Co., Ltd. (TSE:7260) on January 23, 2018. Fuji Kiko Co., Ltd. also got delisted from Tokyo Stock Exchange as a result of the transaction.
