Element Biosciences, Inc. announced that it has received over $277 million in an oversubscribed round round of funding led by new investor Wellington Management Group LLP on July 11, 2024. The transaction included participation from new investor Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., returning investors Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, Foresite Capital Management, LLC, funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., VR Adviser, LLC, and others. The company has received over $680 million in funding till date.

The round has been raised at a post-money valuation of $1,030 million.
