T.O. Holdings Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:9812) intends to acquire Kitami Mitsubishi Jidosha Hambai K.K. from Minami Hokkaido Mitsubishi Jidosha Hanbai K.K. and other individual shareholders on May 17, 2019. Under the term, T.O. Holdings will acquire 0.0018 million shares of Kitami Mitsubishi Jidosha Hambai. As of March 31, 2019, Kitami Mitsubishi Jidosha Hambai reported revenue of ¥1.20 billion, EBIT of ¥13 million, net loss of ¥71 million, total assets of ¥1.21 billion and total common equity of ¥240 million. The transaction was resolved by the board of directors of T.O. Holdings on May 17, 2019. The share transfer contract expected conclude on May 18, 2019. The transaction is expected to complete on June 3, 2019.
