On January 23, 2017, Director Robert F. Lentz resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Sypris Solutions, Inc. effective as of January 27, 2017. Prior to joining the Board of Directors in July 2012, Mr. Lentz served as a consultant and member of the Senior Advisory Board for Seller from approximately June 2009 until March 2012 after serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber, Identity and Information Assurance in the Department of Defense.
