Sypris Solutions, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

On January 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sypris Solutions, Inc. approved the reorganization and elimination of certain executive officer positions for the company. Effective as of January 12, 2018, Paul G. Larochelle, will cease to serve as Vice President Sales and Strategic Initiatives for the company, however, Mr. Larochelle will continue to serve in this position for the company's operating subsidiary, Sypris Technologies, Inc. The company's Board also determined that effective January 12, 2018, Stephen W. Straub, will cease to serve as Vice President Operations for the company, however, the Board of Sypris Technologies has similarly appointed Mr. Straub to serve as its Vice President Continuous Improvement and Innovation.
