Syntel, Inc. announced it has been named to the ?VARBusiness 500?, the definitive listing of the biggest IT solution providers, integrators, and service companies in North America. The list is published in VAR Business Magazine's issue dated June 11, 2007.

Syntel, with revenue growth of 19.5 percent in 2006 over the year 2005, moved up 11 places from the 2006 list, landing at 133. This is the sixth consecutive year Syntel's ranking has jumped. The publication ranks North American technology organizations based on gross revenues.
