Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Sweett Group plc (AIM CSG.L), the international construction and property consultancy, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement of 2 July 2013, Mr Patrick Sinclair was yesterday appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Sinclair joined the Group in October 2012 as Group Financial Controller.  Mr Sinclair is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001.  Prior to joining the Group, he was Head of Finance at Penna plc, Regional Director of Finance at NCP Ltd and Financial Controller at Danone UK.

Mr Sinclair replaces Mr Chris Goscomb, who is retiring having been with the Group since May 2007 and Chief Financial Officer of the Group since January 2009.

Commenting on the changes to the Board, Michael Henderson, Chairman of Sweett Group, said:

Mr Sinclair holds 10,971 ordinary shares of 10p each in Sweett Group ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Group's issued share capital and options over 269,452 Ordinary Shares, 130,564 of which are PSP share options subject to performance conditions.
