Surface Transforms (AIM:SCE) reminds shareholders of the arrangements for the presentation and questions to the Board following the Covid restricted AGM at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday 2 June 2021. Attendance at the AGM is limited to those required to form a quorate meeting.

At 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday 2 June, a video presentation by Kevin Johnson (CEO) and Michael Cunningham (CFO) will be made available on the Company's website www.surfacetransforms.com, providing a financial, customer and operational update.

The Company is the UK's only manufacturer of carbon‐ceramic brake discs, and only one of two mainstream carbon ceramic brake disc companies in the world, serving customers that include major OEMs in the global automotive markets.
