SurePure, Inc. announced that Neil Patterson Wines (NPW) has launched a premium range of no sulphite added wines using SurePure's patented photopurification technology. NPW employs SurePure's photopurification technology to microbiologically purify wine using ultra violet light instead of having to add sulphur-compounds to stabilise the wine. This not only provides a 'greener' alternative to traditional preservative methods, but also ensures a less harmful alternative to traditional chemical intervention for the consumer.

The range of wines, which will be available at speciality wine merchants and in select restaurants, includes both younger wines as well as older, more matured wines including a 2013 Sauvignon Blanc, a 2012 Chenin Blanc, a 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, and a 2009 Merlot all sourced from single vineyards in different terroirs that are suited to the cultivars and to the particular style of wines Patterson was seeking to craft.
