Dalian Suntak Circuit Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 100,000,000 in an equity round of funding on December 17, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Suntak Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002815) to maintain its 100% stake in the company. Post the closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 300,000,000 to CNY 400,000,000. The transaction is not subject to approval from the board of directors of the investor and its shareholders.
Suntak Technology Co., Ltd., formerly Shenzhen Suntak Circuit Technology Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The Companyâs main products include double-sided plates, high multi-laminates, high density interconnector (HDI) boards, thick copper plates, back plates, soft and hard boards, embedded panels, three-dimensional plates, aluminum substrates and high frequency boards. The Company's products are mainly used in communications equipment, industrial control, medical device, security electronics and aerospace fields. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
