WRAY Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into an financing agreement with new investors Hirac Fund No. 1 Investment Business LLP, a fund managed by Money Forward Venture Partners Co., Ltd., Sunny Side Up Group, Inc., and individual investors for gross proceeds of ¥45,000,000 on July 29, 2020. The company issued common shares through a third-party allotment.
