Sunny Loan Top Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600830) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 19.9% stake in Zhejiang Huangjinbao Investment Co., Ltd. from Zhejiang Zhongjin Gold Investment Management Co., Ltd. for CNY million 9.9 million in October 2016. As per the terms, Sunny Loan Top Co.,Ltd. paid CNY 4.4 million in 2016 and CNY 5.6 million in 2017.
