Sumitomo Seika Chemicals Company, Limited. announced audited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended September 30, 2019. For the six months, the company reported net sales of JPY 48,643 million against JPY 54,954 million for the same period a year ago. Operating income was JPY 3,660 million against JPY 4,801 million for the same period a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 1,661 million against JPY 3,145 million for the same period a year ago. Net income per share for the term was JPY 120.45 million against JPY 228.05 million for the same period a year ago.
