Strainwise, Inc. announced that it finalized a joint venture agreement with the Sentinel Group to help advance responsible economic development on Native American land through marijuana businesses. The Agreement provides that Sentinel's Denver office will assist selected Indian Tribes with underwriting and capital placement for the construction of vertically integrated marijuana business operations on Tribal lands. Strainwise currently provides consulting services to both recreational and medicinal facilities, and will make the resources available to assist the Tribes in selecting the marijuana program that best benefits their community.

Together, Sentinel and Strainwise have the resources to assist Tribes with drafting Tribal ordinances and regulations that adhere to the Department of Justice's “Cole Memorandum” and the subsequent document that speaks directly to the marijuana business on Native American land, “The Wilkinson Memorandum”.
