K12 Inc. provided earnings guidance for the third quarter and revised financial guidance for the full year of fiscal year 2020. For the full year of fiscal year 2020, the company expects revenue in the range of $1,033.0 million to $1,040.0 million compared to previous outlook in the range of $1,020.0 million to $1,035.0 million.
For the third quarter of fiscal year 2020, the company expects revenue in the range of $252.0 million to $255.0 million.
