Certain A Shares of Streamax Technology Co., Ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 17-DEC-2020. These A Shares will be under lockup for 367 days starting from 16-DEC-2019 to 17-DEC-2020.

The Company’s holding shareholders and actual controllers Zhao Zhijian and Wang Xidian, shareholders Ili Meixu Chaohua Information Consulting Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Ili Ruitang Information Services Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Charter Trinity Investments Limited, Shenzhen Zhuorui Investment Management Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Yongrui Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Jiang Wenjun committed: to not transfer or entrust to a third party the Company’s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the public offering (except those shares they will publicly sell out during listing if any), or allow the Company to repurchase these shares within 36 months from the Company’s share listing date.
The Company’s directors, supervisors, and senior management, who are shareholders, Jiang Mingjun, Liu Wentao, Sun Jiye, Chen Jianhua, Liu Lei, Sun Ying committed: to not transfer or entrust to a third party the Company’s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the public offering (except those shares they will publicly sell out during listing if any), or allow the Company to repurchase these shares within 12 months from the Company’s share listing date.
