INTL FCStone Inc. (NasdaqGS:INTL) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire GMP Securities, LLC from Gmp International Holdings Corp on December 11, 2018. Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of closing conditions, including regulatory approval. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
